GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Natural Soap provides gentle and effective care for wooden floors.

  • Ideal for cleaning and maintaining soap and oil treated wooden floors.
  • Can also be used to protect lye-treated surfaces.
  • Seals the open pores of the wood, thus giving the floor a light protection against dirt and liquid penetration.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Package sizes: 2½ litres.

Ingredients:
Water, CAS No. 7732-18-5 (AQUA)
Soap
Citric acid, CAS No. 77-92-9 (CITRIC ACID)
Alanine, N,N-bis(carboxymethyl)-, trisodium salt, CAS No. 164462-16-2 (TRISODIUM DICARBOXYMETHYL ALANINATE)
2-Phenoxyethanol, CAS No. 122-99-6 (PHENOXYETHANOL) 

TECHNICAL DATA

Coverage: 50-100 m² per litre.

pH: Concentrated 10.5 Diluted approx. 9.

Before use: Shake the can well.

Application tools: Cloth or flat mop.

Substrate temperature: Minimum 15 °C.

Storage: Lasts for 2 years if unopened and stored at 20 °C. Not to be exposed to temperatures below 5 °C.


DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Cleaning and maintenance:

  • Sweep or vacuum the floor to remove dirt and grit.
  • Mix 250 ml Natural Soap with 5 litres of warm water.
  • Wash the surface along the direction of the floorboards and woodgrain.
  • Always use a hard-wrung floor cloth or mop
  • Remember that a wooden floor does not tolerate soaking. Any water spillage must be wiped up immediately to avoid moisture damage.
  • If the floor is very dirty you can work with two buckets, one for clean soapy water and the other for wringing out the cloth.

Protection of lye-treated surfaces:

  • 1 litre of Natural Soap is mixed with 10 litres of warm water.
  • To saturate the wood, wash the floor three times in two days.
  • Always use a well wrung cloth or mop.
  • A wooden floor does not tolerate soaking, and any water spillage must be wiped up straight away to avoid water damage.
